The Christmas story is a miraculous event. Yet had we seen it, most of it would have been very plain, ordinary, and filled with many of the boring matters of life. It was indeed entirely supernatural from start to finish, but those exciting, supernatural parts were only seen just a handful of times. On one hand, so supernatural our minds couldn’t comprehend it—on the other hand, filled with so much of the mundane we’d be surprised…
