The “more experienced/aged” (or whatever term I’m looking for) Christians should do for the rising generation of Christians what Reggie Miller is doing on the sidelines in game 6 of the Finals, Pacers and Thunder. He isn’t jealous or arms crossed or “In my day we played the game differently.”
He’s jumping up and down, cheering young guys half his age, going crazy after the 2nd quarter buzzer beater and the 3rd quarter buzzer beater…
Christian, don’t be jealous that you’re no longer the one scoring 8 points in 9 seconds. Encourage the people half your age who are continuing the name on the front of the jersey, not the name on the back.
