Common Grace at Apple’s September Event

It’s not every day that Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple replies to your email, but he did today

If you’re curious, the opening song to Tuesday night’s Apple Event played behind the story of people who lived to celebrate another birthday when they thought they wouldn’t have is one of the best specific examples of the doctrine of common grace I think I’ve ever seen. (extra credit to any old timers who get the reference after the em dash)

“Lord, thank You for sunshine,

thank You for rain,

thank You for joy,

thank You for pain,

it’s a beautiful day”

Beautiful Day (Thank You for Sunshine) Trinix, Rushawn, Jermaine Edwards

  1. Tony …Thanks so much! I used to work with John Couch years ago. It gave me a special place in my heart for Apple. One of my heart’s desires is to see Apple turn to the Lord…and help many people who desperately need help…
